An Invention- is the creation of something new that never existed before. In summary, it is any creative idea that has an enormous potential to add to the standard of living and quality of life that is available to all citizens of the world. Often the term invention is associated with a new device or product, however inventions can also include a business method, a new material, an operable device, a specific design, a process, procedures, and even services can sometimes be protected with specific patents that are available now or may be in the near future.

The term inventor - is applied to the person who has a novel, unobvious, and useful idea.

Important Basic Legal Advice - Lawyers, and laws exist to determine what specifically can be patented or not. However, sometime new laws or policies change as a result it is best to read a variety of esearch in business law, patent law, and the patent process before you embark on any of your creative adventures. All new inventors should visit the United States Patent and Trademarkoffice website, before you decides to take any risks with your inventions, business dreams, and even artistic work that you’ve been considering. After all, knowledge is power and the more you know about the inventive process the better your chances for successful patent process implementation will be. Don’t let legal cost, or lack of information stand in your way. You have a brain, and it’s full of potential so all you need to do is read and discover the answers you need that will enable you pursue your inventions.

A Discovery - occurs when something that exists in nature is observed or recognized for the first time.Often, discoveries cannot obtain patent protection because they are natural and are observed in nature. However, new medical and or technological discoveries can attain patent protection. For instance, if you discover a new use for a human gene, it may be eligible for patent protection.

An Innovation- Is a change made in an established way of doing something. Innovations often improve already existing products, methods, and services. Innovations make an invention more accessible and useful to people. As a result, our society continues to progress in positive ways that enhance the lives of everyone- thanks to innovations and the courage of innovators to make it happen.

An Innovator - is a highly creative individual, who believes in the continuous improvement cycle. As a result, he/she always believes that current systems/products/discoveries/scientific ideas/business methods/and all current ideologies have no limits to growth and potential. These people are often described as visionaries, because they take action by thinking about not what is, but what can be. As a result, he/she often challenges the traditional system in order to devise new ways of improving and doing things.

Innovators, visionaries, and dreamers do not wish to offend anyone, they are truly caring people who have a strong desire to serve others. As a result, they brainstorm and research until they find better ways to do things. They love to challenge the traditional system, because progress and ongoing improvements motivate them. No limits exist to how great, or how good something can be. As a result these people never stop innovating or thinking of ways to make things better than they once were.

The paralyzed mind-Traditional thinking vs. Strategic Thinking

It has been said that the traditional thinking mind is paralyzed, it reasons about what has been Therefore this person resists change. Strategic thinkers, think about what can be- not what was or has been. As a result vision and possibilities once undreamed of before-become realities eventually. Traditional thinkers serve an important purpose in our society, but not always- because a culture is dead without the people who dream.

Some, people referred to as “traditional thinkers” resent progress, for instance people tried to close the United States Patent and Trademark office –because they thought that everything that has been invented was invented. Traditional thinkers, tried to stifle the creation of automobiles because some people felt that man was only meant to walk on the grounds and to be close to nature. Some traditional people tried to stop airplanes from being created because some people felt “ man had no right to enter the province “reserved” for the birds. Other traditional thinkers never believed that space travel was possible, and much too dangerous to attempt. Luckily, non-traditional thinkers exist and because of these dreamers, humanity has gone to space, and created amazing products, services, and ideas that were one undreamed of in the past.

Important News-update- don’t let traditional thinkers stop life saving research

(Current News Update)

Today, some people are trying to prevent stem-cell research and regenerative medicine from occurring, because they feel that a living person with a developed conscious mind has a right to suffer from a spinal cord injury, a disease, an accident, and an unrealized dream. As a result, these living people continue to feel detached and estranged from the living world- when they often desire to live and be fully functioning citizens, but can’t because of physiological suicide, and psychological suicide that often occurs as a result of being alive and handicapped. Of course, some people are content, and happy, but are unable to live fully. Traditional thinkers believe that a new egg with no developed limbs, consciousness, or organs have a right to life, more so that the already developed living people.

Our planet already is suffering form overpopulation, and using stem-cells does not kill a living formed baby, look into the facts and you will discover that the benefits for the living holds boundless promises. Please, review the research, and you will see that it is ethical and worth the money to invest in stem cell research. Check out- Advanced Cell Technologies and Dr. Michael West book the Immmortal Cell.

Hopefully, innovators will persuade the government to contribute to stem-cell research since it holds unlimited potential for all living, diseased, and handicapped citizens. Currently, obstacles exist and million of people will suffer longer until innovators and visionaries take charge and stop preventing traditionalism from stalling humanities progression. Man belongs where man wants to go, ideas came from someplace, why do some people try to prevent useful ideas from taking place? Creativity as Albert Einstein said is often found in intuition, if the “know how” exist to do something, then I strongly believe that God wanted us to use our knowledge to help people, rather than delay progress.

I respect the views of all religious and conservative people, but it’s my desire to challenge them to review the facts and consider the possibilities for the living that exist, rather than being so concerned with the unformed, undeveloped and un-promised lives of currently non-created people. In addition, we are so concerned with physiological life development, but what about psychological life development. No child needs to be born unless the proper needs are available for life. Such as food, shelter, clothing, proper nutrition, and loving attention from caregivers. The world is already overpopulated, and I feel that we are taking advantaged of life, and living children if- we are raising them in environments that are damaging to their psychobiological ontogenetic maturational development.

                                                     To Attain A Patent

Ideas have to be novel, unobvious, and useful. In addition, new concepts based on prior art (previous inventions) must have far superior results, when compared to similar ideas, or previous inventions. A patent can cost anywhere from 400 to 5,000 plus dollars to attain. Everything depends upon, how much help one needs from a lawyer. The process can be done alone, but it takes determination and effort. Luckily, a Patent Pending is cheaper, and various other methods do exist to help prevent people ideas from being stolen. (I’m not a lawyer-I’m just sharing some facts based on my experiences, the professors that I’ve spoken with, and inventors that I’ve met-you must look into this much more)

                                                     Be Cautious

The process of reverse engineering is sometimes used to change a person idea, or to copy it-into something similar or uniquely different. As a result, independent inventors have to be very, very careful about who they share their ideas with. Luckily, the Constitution of the United States , the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, intellectual property laws, criminal laws, and various methods do exist to help protect citizens from being ripped off or from having their ideas stolen.

It is important to keep detailed records of everything that relates to you inventions. In theses records it should include, who you shared you ideas with, what time of the day it was, the date ect. In summary document everything in a notebook, have a trusted witness sign your notebook and share your ideas with people you can trust. It is important to have witnesses for your inventions so that you can bring them to court with you, in case you need too.

Throughout history people ideas have been stolen, major lawsuits have existed, friends and business have broken apart, and some court cases have lasted for years. As a result, don’t let unethical, people or businesses run away with your ideas. Keep honest records, find trustworthy witnesses, and do everything to protect your rights as an independent inventor.

Society Induced Condition Fear -Obstacles to Creative Engineering–Inspiration

In our society, the media often shares negative news with us, as a result we are bombarded with endless information about lawsuits, unethical business practices, corporations and politician who lie or exaggerate the truth to citizens and employees. As a result, fear is a common response, but in excess it is not healthy, and can inhibit creative thinking. Please, don’t let worries stop you from pursuing your dreams. In the end, honesty, ethics, and true nobility will prevail over those who chose to be unethical.

It’s important to note that –excess fear can prevents belief and confidence from existing. If we don’t believe in ourselves how will we ever come up with ideas, or have the confidence, persistence, joy, and energy to pursue our dreams. Fear, is exhausting this emotion inhibits our immune system, and can cause various psychobiological health problems. So please, release your fears, and dream without limits as Walt Disney Said, and take risks.

Do you want to live wondering what you might have been? Remember-it’s never too late to be what you might have been, unless you decided it is so. One can live pursuing, exploring, trying, and journeying through challenges, opportunities, obstacles, and excitement, or one can quit wonder what might have been. I don’t know who you are or what your dream is or was 3,7,10, 20 yrs ago, maybe you succeeded maybe you quit, maybe you chose a different path in your life, maybe you had to quit for reason outside of your control, I don’t know but all I know is re- evaluate your life and choose something to live for and decide to live as long as you are able to, rather than quit, sit back, and wait for life to pass you buy. Do not let fear stand in you way-be fearless as hard as it can be-u must be –Gandhi was-and u will see that as you release your fears creative engineering will or immerge.

Ethics- Psychology- Business – Paranoia-Idea Protection

Many Inventors hear about unethical business practices as a result they sometimes experience paranoia. In the state of paranoia, one is in a constant state of mistrust rather than trust. It’s important to note that many people think of the same, or very similar ideas that you have-so relax. In addition, many people have their own unique ideas that they would rather pursue. As a result, not everyone is out to steal your idea.

Personality psychology research states that the quality of mental health is the ability to see good in everyone and everywhere. The healthy personality is defined as being able to get along with a diversity of all different types of people. Often Independent inventors are paranoid because they feel that someone will steal their invention. One can’t have a healthy personality if you feel paranoid at the same time. As a result, release this culturally created fear, and find good, honest, people that you can talk to and share you ideas with. Yes, it is o.k. to keep your ideas to yourself, but something sharing makes the ordinary idea turn into the extraordinary.

There are many expensive ways to protect your ideas, and inexpensive ways to attain some protection. I would recommend, to review the Constitution of the United States of America , and to review a variety of patent law books. It’s a shame that we live in a world in which some people have developed a culturally conditioned fear/and or paranoia of sharing ideas with others and trusting people. Don’t let self-blame eat you up, don’t criticize yourself, our media sends thousands of negative messages into our minds every day –it’s only natural for us to experience some fear.

It’s important to note-that many reasons exit to why people are unethical. Some people never learned about ethics, and others suffer from Psychopathic personalities or even neurological abnormalities that may contribute to unethical behavior and business practices. Luckily, the research in this area is growing and the technology and education exist to determine the frauds.

Utopian Business Vision

Perhaps one day our society will become more cooperative and peaceful, but until we all learn to accept, appreciate, and value the diversity of all law abiding citizens in the world, this will less likely be possible. Law abiding citizens in my research opinion are those who follow the law, and do not cause any psychological or physiological damage on any person. In summary, as long as you don’t intentionally hurt anyone- you are a law abiding optimal worldly concerned humanity focused caring individual- that has all the rights to enjoy all the joys, services, and benefits of being alive in our society.

Our society is tired of unethical business practices, lawsuits, environmentally induces heart attacks, and time wasting, money wasting, economy draining month-year long court procedures that result because of unethical people, and businesses practices.

As stated before, everyone in our society needs to all focus on developing super healthy psychologies and this is only, possible when we decide to build win-win mutually understanding and mutually supporting healthy empathy and equality focused relationships in which all people benefit by working together. Until unlimited caring and loving concern for all people become a reality, ego-battles, us. Vs. you thinking, conflict, crime, wars, stress, terrorism, worry and psychobiological health problems will continue to exist and drain us all in indirect and direct ways.

Licensing Agreement - Apprecation-Hope-Inspiration

First off, we are lucky to live in a free society that allow freedom of speech, press, assembly, and petition to exist. In our society, many ethical corporations exist, many ethical angel investors /venture capitalists exist, many businesses with social concerns exist. Leadership businesses in the 21 century consider corporate citizenship a guiding philosophy in their mission statement. As a result, we should all appreciate the fact that we live in America, and we need to have hope that our ideas are possible, and we need to develop the inspiration and perseverance to turn our ideas, and dreams into reality.

Businesses are available to help individual inventors to attain a patent or a licensing agreement. If one attains a licensing agreement with a corporation or manufacturer, they may enforce your patent and help you with your various expenses. In addition, they will often produce and distribute your idea for you. Plus, you may be able to get royalty checks for your idea. A royalty check, is an agreed upon negotiation between the inventor and a corporation to decide how much money the original inventor will receive for his or her idea.

Time Constraintsa Phenomenological Perspective

Since, entrepreneurship is a risk, and inventing products or coming up with ideas is risky with no guaranteed profit it can be very time consuming, especially if you’re not really into it. Everyone, has equal but different interests, so if your friend or mother enjoys inventing or is creative it just might be an innate inborn talent to some extent, so please don’t get upset with yourself if you don’t think that you’re a creative person.

Some creative people, wish they had other human attributes that some other people have. We are all unique in the world, so appreciate who you are no matter what. Never compare your self-to others, it’s negating and can be insulting to your individuality. Plus excess comparative thinking has lead to various psychological, and biosocial pathologies.

Perhaps the most valuable gift in the world is time, and how we use our time is a very important choice that we all have to make. Phenomenologist, study phenomena plus human life experiences and the meanings these events impact people lives.

It has been said that time is not linear instead time truly is a variable, both psychologically and physiologically. Researchers are discovering that biological age, is a variable (to some extent) and psychologists determined that experienced time, is much more valuable then measured time. For instance, a minute can feel like a year, if we are bored, however if we are happy or see something beautiful time can be experienced as timeless since we are in a state of pure joy. As a result, it’s important to find thing that your interested in, things that bring you joy, so that time is experienced as lived and enjoyed, rather than measured often as a result of not being in a state of joy. As a result, we all need to pay attention to time and what we do with our time.

Manufacturing, distributing, packaging, and marketing your inventions can cost a great deal of money and can be time consuming. So decide if this is how you want to spend you time. It’s important to note that the success rate for the independent inventor is higher for those who do everything themselves-according to some studies.

Success is also possible, if the independent inventor wishes to seek a licensing agreement with a manufacturing company or corporation. According to the successful inventors that I’ve research and met, one need to be very persistent to make this happen.

Corporate Citizenship-Philanthropy- Social ResponsibilityProsocial Behavior Peaceful Humanity Transformation

Corporations In the 21 st century, have many leaders who practice prosocial behavior. Prosocial behavior is defined- as being concerned about of others. Altruism prompts the leaders of the 21 st century to be committed to caused beyond their personal egos. As a result, they find small and large ways to contribute to the communities that they live in. Forward – looking, business leaders are always looking to create opportunities for learning, cooperation, collaboration, and synergy between various businesses and community members.

Businesses that incorporate 21 st century leadership characteristic in their business mission statement are the ones that independent inventors should seek to find. After all when Businesses work with us they contribute to the economical, social, and personal welfare of all citizens in the world. Hopefully, ethical practices in the business world will continue to grow, and selfless citizens will emerge so that people unite together so that everyone gains and contributes.

Until, all nations, and citizens opens their hearts and begins to work with all people in positive prosocial(activities that benefit people) and proactive(taking steps to make benevolence more available everywhere), optimal standard of living and quality of life will not be available for all citizens of the world.

Corporate Philanthropy, citizenship, prosocial behavior, and altruism are the key human characteristics needed for a peaceful humanity transformation. It is obvious that throughout history endless wars existed, conflicts, and inequality. It’s time for a change, and it starts within each person one day, and one peaceful thoughtful person at a time.

Business - Independent inventors-Corporate Resistance-Ideologies

Some businesses refuse to meet with people, because they are afraid of potential legal problems and or conflicts of interest. Often an independent inventor will have a similar idea that a research and development department in a specific corporation will already be working on. As a result, some businesses are unwilling to meet with independent inventors, because they don’t want to risk any potential lawsuits that often result form independent inventors.

Yes, it’s important to be careful when it comes to sharing your ideas, but if we followed Ben Franklin belief our worries would go away. Ben Franklin, believed that inventions should be used to benefit our country more so than make the independent inventor financially well off. As a result, we need to take risks with our ideas, and hope that people will be fair and ethical by choosing to unite with you rather than steal, back stab, and run away from you with your idea. Luckily, there are ways to find thiefs, and it’s becoming easier to determine who the original inventor is especially with emerging technologies that are developing. With these technologies, businesses are also sometimes afraid to meet with independent inventors.

Businesses are also more resistant than usual, because suing is becoming more common in the world. It seems to me, that people are becoming obsessed with the idea of suing people. I hope one day that everyone in the world will become ethical, and choose to create win-win mutually beneficial relationships. Often people are callous, and suffer egoism or suffer from psychopathic disorders as a result they don’t care about peoples feeling. If our boss, parents, or teachers don’t care about our feelings, they will teach us to ignore our feeling, and the feeling of others-this is not healthy. Yes, competition drives our society, but healthy competing considers people feeling, as a result all success occurs for everyone involved.

The need to sue, and the time, stress, and money spent in court could be used to help starving children around the world. However, since some people lack ethics, and other people, and organization are too greedy, suing, and unethical business practices sometime exist. One day it is my dream that all people will unite together and form win-win mutually understanding ethical relationships that respect the rights and feeling of all citizens, nations, and businesses around the world. When people realize that their authentic body is not just the separate self, but the whole planet they will never do anything to hurt the environment, or each other in any way. We live in one body it’s referred to as humanity, when you hurt another person you really damage yourself and our society.

If you are going to meet with a company, a stranger, or a friend and intend to share your idea with them, try and get them to sign a non-disclosure agreement. This means that people will not tell your ideas to anyone else, unless they get your permission first. Of course different contracts can be worked out, and agreements. It takes skill, and negotiation to make this happen. Don’t be discouraged if companies won’t sign an agreement, simply try again, listen to your intuition, your inner gut feeling, and do more research to decide what the next best step is for you to take.

Never allow obstacles to stand in your way from pursuing what you want to do. Other people will try to give you obstacle but never give up, once you quit you will never know what you might have been able to do, if you just gave it another try.

Overcoming Resistance in Yourself & Organizational settings

Citizens and organizations need to recognize more so than ever before, the importance that each citizen is to the success of his or her business and local community. As a result businesses need to have a strong concern for all people, and should be willing to work with you. However, sometimes businesses refuse to meet with you or work out an agreement with you. Why? Some people’s egos get damaged, and why should a company invite an independent inventor to their organization, when their research and development team should have though of the same idea? Companies need to recognize that everyone is unique and has something to offer, and if an independent inventor is willing to share something they should warmly welcome them. After all, it could benefit humanity, and contribute to profits of both business the independent inventor and our society.

In my opinion, if a company refuses to meet you -please show them the psychoneuroimmunological research that indicates that when you are not- being altruistic, kind, and helpful, your immune system will not be operating as highly as it could be, if you were kind, altruistic and helpful towards others. ( Institute of Noetic Sciences , and various research in psychosomatic, biopsychology, health psychology, and psychoneuroimmunological studies).

It has been, said what you give out comes back, help others, and one day you will be helped too. This may have been true for you, or maybe it is not. One of the important things, to remember is that businesses number one mission is usually to make a profit, your number one mission may be to make the most profit off your idea also. This is fine, but unless one person budges a little bit nothing will happen. It is important to try to work out an agreement, and don’t quit until you get an agreement. If you don’t succeed with one company try, try again.

When you are dealing with a resistant organization, all I can say is good luck, have faith, and focus on making things work. When the mind is focused on finding a way, a result of some sort usually happens. Hopefully, social responsive corporations, and 21 st century selfless leadership will emerge much more so in the future. If you feeling resistant to taking a chance, ask yourself how will you feel in 20 years if you don’t take a chance. ( my advice is based on people I interviewed, personal experience, and various books)

One person at a time can change Resistant organization, Into Open Organizations -

                                              (Special Topic-suing)

Please never sue anyone, or hurt anyone until you understand all the facts first, and do everything possible to work things out in a fair way, rather than a hurtful way. It is my hope that everyone in our society will learn to resolve conflict, and create mutually beneficial win –win relationships in which all people gain something, rather than the select few gaining everything. If we continue to use threats, such as lawsuits before we know it business ideologies will become- more closed, resistant, and pessimistic when it comes to independent inventors. We need, open - minded selfless organizations that are considerate enough to give people a chance to share an idea.

How Businesses and Citizens Will/Are Changing The World

Throughout History economists, philosophers, citizens, scholars, and people of all types felt inequality, and injustice, because only a few people achieved success, while the majority often struggled to survive. In addition, this paved the way to a debilitating social condition that exists, “ it’s called culture bound syndrome”- a term coined by Dr. A.K.B. Pillai, who is a psychosomatic health expert and social reconstruction activists. He stated, one of the worst traits in the human species is our common tendency to look down on others”. This professor had a dream that everyone would develop empathetic selfless concern for all people rather than just some.

It’s great to have a strong ego, but we need to have open and caring hearts. Until we do, demoralization, debasement, inequality, ethnocentrism, humiliation, dishonor, and emotionally induced aliments will continue to exist and grow in our society. In addition, culture bound thinking is also some of the reasons why -war, terrorism, and conflict exist in our society. If we don’t appreciate, or understand our fellow citizens-and nations-its’ only obvious that chaos is likely to occur.

Businesses, countries, and people all need to recognize the oneness that exist between people, and decided to be true leaders by working together for the greatest good for all-not just a select few. Business is part of society, and society is part of business, when we unite we can celebrate the success of everyone, not just a select few.

Worldly Problems/ Financial Well-Being in America / Inventors

A small percentage of people in our society are financially well off. Some studies indicate that only 2-5 percent of the American population makes over 100,000 a year, while may struggle to survive. It’s time to view all people as our brothers or sisters, and reach out more so than ever before to assist, and work with each other- so that all of our dreams can come true, rather than just a percentage. If we don’t egoism-will continue rather than appreciating each other, and opening our hearts with a helping hand. It’s time to change our perceptions or else the culture bound syndrome of looking down on others will continue to exist. Do we what that for ourselves, or our kids?

Inequality, unequal distribution of wealth and injustice -has been, the direct and indirect roots causes of war and various problems throughout the ages. One day I hope all citizens of the world recognizes what the famous psychologist Dr. Wayne Dyer recognized, “ We are in a partnership with all other human beings not a contest to be judge as better than some or worse than others, everyone deserves our love, and until we start thinking this way, we will continue to have us vs. you thinking which increases alienation and separation in our society rather than oneness, peace, happiness and success for everyone” -Dr. Wayne Dyer.

When businesses give independent inventors a chance to make money with their ideas and dreams, they are helping the world. As more people have more disposable income, more money will be available to help the 15 children who die every second as a result of poor living conditions. As more citizens individual dreams become a reality, a happier, healthier, more peaceful world will exist-so it’s up to all citizens of the world to decided to work with each other ,- or again one another.

Many Constraints Inhibit Optimal Creative Thinking and Development

Very Basic Facts

Psychohistory research, biographic research, neuroscience research, social psychology research, and personality psychology research indicates that a limiting self-image, low self-esteem, a lack of self-confidence, a lack of optimal subjective well-being feeling, excess environmental stress, a lack of social support, a lack of privacy needs being met and intrapersonal fear are some of the personality and environmental conditions that inhibit optimal creative thinking.

Research indicates that people with a higher self-esteem are more venturesome, and creative. Self-esteem can be developed inwardly, but others people in our society can greatly add to people’s self-esteem as a result we should always be nice, kind, understanding, concerned and supportive when we meet new people. Each person in society impacts another in profound ways, so for the economic and psychobiological welfare of others, please be kind and be supporters of people’s dreams.

When we are kind to other and support people the biochemical reactions associated with happiness goes up, and that alone can impact creative thinking potential. Impossible is a word that needs to be eliminated from people’s vocabulary, because without belief how can we expect to find ways to make things happen or for creativity to emerge in ones persona. When people feel better, when obstacles leave ones cognitions, and when parents, citizens, and coaches work with us, encourage us, support us, and challenge us-creativity will emerge.

Societal Concerns & Obstacles To Personal and Economic Innovation Potential

It’s a shame that our society and world is filled with conflict, wars, terrorism, perceived inequality, us. Vs. you thinking, economic strains, disbelief, fear of the unknown, legal costs, expensive patent fees, unethical businesses practices and people who steal ideas from others, and people who lie to their friends and co-workers is common, when it should be uncommon in America. Of course we have a great and beautiful country, but it need to improve and no limit exist to how great a country and world can become.

With many societal problems going on in the world, it is expected that, fear, unhealthy competition, perceived inequality, war, and unhealthy relationships exist. Kids, teenagers, and adults according to various studies model the behaviors of others, and the events going on in the world. This sometimes happens to us in unconscious or indirect ways. Do you want to be negative, or violent around people or your kids? Perhaps, it’s time to tune into positive mind station, and read positive things more often-so we have a balanced life perspective.

Studies have show that violence and media impacts behavior, and if we keep watching or witnessing negativity, there is an increased chance that negativity will occur at the local level. As fear increases, negative thinking, obstacle thinking, worry, stress, and exhaustion result. This sometimes can -cause a decline in optimal creative cognitive potential, and this directly impacts maximum economic growth potential, and individual human potential.

Perhaps one day, 100 percent honest cooperation and appreciation of all people will exist, and win-win mutually supportive pro-social healthy psychoneuroimmunological beneficial relationships(relationships that positive impact the immune system) will exist between all people. When this happens healthy competition exists, employee morale improves, creativity may increase and psychobiological health improves.

Stealing, lying, anger, ego-battles, conflict, and greed are some of the roots causes of conflict, and unharmonious feeling that result from our unhealthy interactions with others. Research, in quantum physics suggests that all particles are interconnected; psychosomatic medicine indicates that environmental and interpersonal relationships impact psychobiological health, so when we hurt another person we really hurt our-self and the whole world. When people are treated unjustly, or feel depressed often one become less creative, but not in all cases –some become more energized and motivated.

As a result independent inventors who seek to license their products to corporations, or share their ideas with others must work on building healthy supportive relationships so that we truly trust the people we share our ideas with. If everyone in our society starts stealing others ideas, or lies, or practices unethical business practices, just imagine how corrupt our world will be for the next generation. Creativity has been stifled, as a result of worry, fear, money, time concerns and unethical business practices –hopefully this will change and our innovative economy will expand much more in the future –is starts with honest good men.

Inventions and Quality of life

Look at all the amenities that are available in life today. They are the result of innovative thinking that contributes to services, and product inventions that make life more interesting and enjoyable. New methods, machines, and ideas contribute to the optimal psychobiological development of people. Ideas transform the world, and have done so since the beginning of time. Some ideas make life more fun; some inventions or discoveries allow humans to live healthier and longer lives. Other ideas, make life more interesting, exciting, and worth living because they fill the mind and body with unlimited love and curiosity that lasts a whole lifetime.

Ideas, discoveries, and invention contribute to the optimal welfare of our society. Without growth, invention or discoveries humanity does not progress. Inventions enable us to live better, easier, and happier lives since they serve our wants and needs.

We are all unique in this world, as a result it has been said that the human species has unlimited wants. Innovation and inventions satisfies the diversity of peoples wants so that increased levels of happiness and human satisfaction is available. It has been found in research than when people don’t attain what they want, their focus will change to something else, and when that “something’ else” is satisfied people feel more complete. * As a result the inventor is not just a idea creator, he/she is a human factors engineer who considers ways to make society, the individual, and the world a happier, healthier, and more beautiful place to live in.

Ideas, and new ideologies allowed people to develop a civilized society. As a result a higher quality of life is available for us all. I wish that a national holiday could be available to celebrate and appreciate the hard work of all inventors, scientists, research and development teams, and all citizens of the world who inspire innovation development. After all can you imagine what our society would be like without creativity, without products, without services, without methods, gadgets, gifts, toys, and hobbies?

Do inventions always contribute to the welfare of the world?

We discussed how inventions benefit the world, but not all do. Especially the ideologies of war, hatred, conflict, stress, abuse, rape, racism, sexism, ageism, classism, prejudice, and weapons so powerful that they can destroy whole cities and even continents if they go off. It’s a shame that humanity has not learned after all these years-to stop hurting and killing each other. Humans are foolish and as a result we are still fighting among ourselves.:( Perhaps when we all become awakened we will stop hurting one another.

                                           Why People Invent

People are motivated by different stimuli. Some hope to attain prestige, to make money, to look cool. Others, like myself are motivated to make money to support myself, my dreams and to contribute to worthy social causes. Our society tries to encourage inventiveness and creative thinking because many needs, and wants exist in our society for the diversity of people in the world. The more that we are able to satisfy specific needs and wants, the higher the standard of living and quality of life will become available for all citizens in the world. Basic needs that always need innovative contributions are economic needs, military needs, and social needs. If inventions don’t satisfy, a specific need they may not be too marketable or successful.

Lets take a look at these Needs

Economic Needs- Include the inventions and the thousands of devices that are used in machines, in agriculture, business, and industry. Economic inventions are those that are extremely marketable and have the potential to add to the GNP of our nation. In addition, some inventions create easier method to accomplish specific objectives. As a result, inventions allow businesses and people to be more productive in less time. Throughout history, economic inventions greatly contributed to job growth, technological advancement, and the welfare of our society.

Military Needs- In is sad to admit, that we live in a psychologically and physiologically unsafe world as long as we need to have militaries. Why? War-creates feeling of fear, anxiety, stress, worry, and this inhibits psychological health; in addition these feeling can negatively impact physiological health. After all, humanity has been around for thousands of years and we are still fighting among ourselves. It is obvious, that we all need to study much more, so that diplomacy will become the only way to resolve conflict. Until this day happens, we need people to thing of new ideas that will strengthen our country. For instance the invention of the electric bullets is a great new idea that I read about, that will help prevent unneeded deaths. Throughout history, war has stimulated the scientists, engineers, and independent inventors to come up with unique ideas that will make our weapons and country stronger than our opponent. Some military inventions may be harmful to humanity such as the atomic bomb, but these inventions contribute to other ideas that become useful and beneficial for humanity. For instance, the invention of the atomic bomb lead to new discoveries in nuclear energy, and various other inventions that benefit humanity and life –rather that products, or weapons that can hurt people. Perhaps, humanity will one day evolve to a state of international peace, and we will no longer need to worry about weapons, warts, terrorism, and the extinction of the human race because of a weapon of mass destruction.

Social Needs- (My favorite inventions)- These inventions brought about thousand of inventions and discoveries that contributed to the welfare of others. These inventions eased threats to health, and have prolonged life. While, other inventions in this social area have made life easier, and more comfortable. Some examples include the telephone, the vacuum, and canned foods, and simple ideas that made a fortune such as the ballpoint pen, and soap that floats-Ivory.

How People Invent, and why many Don’t or can’t

Millions of useful inventions resulted from sharing, and caring people. As a result of altruistic development in one’s personality people shared education, and worked together to help people grow intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially. As healthy psychosocial development occurs the inventive process usually begins with some curiosity, a psychological trait according to some genetic studies is small. When we have enough curiosity, the motivation to find the factual data becomes easier. Once workable knowledge is established creative perception expands and this enables the inventor to develop original ideas. However, successful inventions don’t succeed as often unless the inventor has the confidence to pursue his or her invention.

Often the inventor thinks of a need, and combines his/or her knowledge and skills together to create a useful, and marketable product or service. Necessity is the inventive process, but usually the successful inventor has the knowledge, technical capacity, and creative insight to produce a model to make an invention. However, little formal education is needed. Self – educated people created some of the greatest inventions in the word . However, Thomas Edison often had scientists and technological experts to help him with his ideas. “Unity creates magic”-Darrell Fertakos

In general, the more knowledge and technical abilities one has, the easier it can be to invent useful products and entrepreneurial services. Creative insight is a necessity, because one must be able to think of a need, or a problem and use his or her imagination, to come up with solutions.

Often, experiments trial-error, and unlimited persistence and faith, is needed to make an invention successful. It’s important to remember that few individual inventors possess all the scientific, technical, marketable, legal, and mechanical skills required to make a product. Often team - work is required, so that good ideas can become great ones with the combined effort of a unique team of inventors, and co-inventors.

Each person in this world is endowed with natural talents, in addition we all have a different education with specialized skills in different areas. As a result when we team up and work together good ideas can turn into amazing ones as a result of the group-think unified effect . However, it is possible to come up with amazing ideas on your own, but often it takes the social support of friends, and the combined effort of businesses, marketing professionals, mechanics, lawyers, distributors and sometimes financial assistance, to turn your dreams into a reality.

It has been said that financial restraints are one of the biggest obstacles that block innovation development. Attaining a patent, paying the fees, and hiring a lawyer can sometimes cost the independent inventor, 5, 10, or 20 thousand dollars or more just to get a patent. In addition, there is no guarantee that the invention will become successful. I met a young girl at an invention convention who spent over 100,000 dollars on her idea, and she barely made any money at all. In addition, I met some inventors who spent a small amount of money and ended up making millions of dollars in just a few years. The key is you have everything in the world to gain, grow, and learn by taking a risk by trying to invent something.

People in my opinion can’t invent things or be creative as long as Obstacle thinking exists. Obstacle thinking always finds a way or reason why it’ won’t work, how it can’t work, and how it’s no use to try. This sort of thinking must disappear. Forget excuses such as I don’t have enough education, I’m too young, I’m too old, I’m limited, -your human potential is unlimited, and don’t allow anyone to try to undermine your good intention pursuits to be creative , to take risks, and to invent. One must enter the zone of possibility thinking –the mind-set that believes and finds ways to make things work, or happen.

I had some wonderful professors who inspired me, and some other professor who tried to stop me from pursuing creative good intentioned pursuits. It’s a shame in our society, some people will try to stifle good intention pursuits ( anything the benefits others and self is by definition a good intention pursuit), creativity, inspiration and passion are human attributes that should always be taught, encouraged, and rewarded, but often people try to belittle, and criticize these human attributes. It’s a shame, and these negative stifling people usually have some interpersonal hang-ups and it is recommended that anyone who witnesses someone who tries to stifle good intention initiative should be put under citizen attest.

                                                          Dream – Stifle

I’m very serious about people who try to stifle other people dreams and potential. Teachers, professors, parents, and friends need to teach people that impossible is not a part of one’s vocabulary we all need to be supporters of peoples dreams, and this is not possible unless we encourage, inspire, and illuminate the hearts and minds of everyone by coaching and working with people to make ideas/dreams/goals, and grades - become a reality.

Often in some setting in our society authoritative motive-similar to the slave Trade exists in colleges, schools, and in the business world. For instance- the Boss, teacher, professor-directs everything and the employee and student have no say about what they want to learn, how they will do things-or any choice at all.  I can understand this in the business world, but not in our academic institutions.

Envy, exists in society because people suffer from the comparative mind-set perception, this perception is very analytical, judgmental, and forgets about his/her uniqueness. As a result these people continue to compare themselves to others, and in reality that is a self-inhibiting conscious act, because it damages one psychology and ones biology – the moment one thinks of him/her self as less than,- as a result of interacting or meeting someone else .

All comparison especially between people, negate each person uniqueness, and is insulting to one individuality. Flowers, trees, the ocean, and fungus all serve their part in the ecological world, the same with humans-we are all unique, special, and important. Therefore we should all want what is best for an individual, and encourage him/her to be that person he/she dreams to be.

Some stifling people are doctors , lawyers, parents, teachers, professor-they are all types of people, and if you witness this behavior often, find some way to help them, because the 21 st century does not need to regress, as a result of unhealthy people who try to discourage dreamers and visionaries to progress. In addition, those without a healthy self-esteem may become extremely damaged, as a result of people who try to stifle one development against his or her/will-without his/or her concent. As Dr. Wayne Dyer said-the only option is to work with people, never against them.

It has been said throughout history, that people are uncomfortable around dreamers. This is natural, if one is not use to something one dose not know how to respond. However, it’s not natural to try to block someone from living they way they dream or choose. Those who stifle other peoples dreams, are often pessimists, and are people who suffer obstacle thinking-as a result many children and adults never become their potential, and don’t take risks, or be inventive.

In the 19 th century some of the greatest discoveries and inventors were self-educated, some common people came up with inventions that expert scientists in Europe were not willing to attempt. It doesn’t matter who you are, a house wife, a sailor, a fisherman, a garbage man, a doctor, a lawyer, a student, a teenager, your idea may just be the next big scientific discovery, or the next amazing product. Boundless Innovations is here to assist you, inspire you, coach you, and work with you and we hope that you will want to work with us in creative ways and then contribute to some of our prosocial business objectives.

 Success In Innovation

Some studies indicated that those who chose to manage the production and marketing of their inventions attain a higher success level that those who just seek to attain a licensing agreement with a corporation. No matter what your invention is, or how little education you have, you must take a risk, because you idea could create jobs for people, it could provide a life saving need, or your invention could contribute to the economic growth of our nation, and perhaps the whole world will benefit from you idea. One never, knows the full potential of there ideas unless they are willing to take the risk, to turn their dreams into a reality.

Don’t be discouraged by a lack of funding, there are other ways to protect your inventions inexpensively. In addition, businesses are recognizing more and more that part of their mission in our society is to stabilize economic conditions and to promote optimal welfare in our communities. As a result of the spread of the business practice called social responsibility, and social responsiveness- more assistance is available.  Plus, philanthropists, angel investors, professors, independent inventors, invention conventions, trustworthy friends, family members and lawyers are all available in our society to help make your ideas happen.

With the help of licensing agreements, some independent inventors will be lucky enough to work with a caring corporation to license your product, to develop the product, and to distribute your product. The more your product sells the more royalties you will make. Without the financial assistance of corporations- innovation slows, because often independent inventors don’t have the financial capital to do everything themselves. However, sometimes it is best to do everything your-self if you have the time and money.

It is highly recommended to read books about the invention process, so that you can learn how to protect your ideas, and figure out the whole invention process.
